If you’ve noticed some of my videos or blog posts temporarily disappear — or come under fire — here’s why.
A YouTube user currently named in two federal lawsuits — Evans v. Robertson and Smith v. Robertson — has been targeting my channel with false copyright strikes. When those takedown attempts were reversed by YouTube, they escalated. This individual filed a complaint with the U.S. Copyright Claims Board (CCB), trying to force the removal of my investigative content through legal intimidation.

Let that sink in.
This isn’t about protecting intellectual property. The video was clearly Fair Use — it was transformed, educational, and critical. But Fair Use doesn't always protect creators when bad actors weaponize legal tools for personal revenge.
This is about control. It’s about using the system to intimidate, censor, and silence.
And let’s be clear: I’m not the first creator to deal with this. I won’t be the last.
To everyone who supports independent voices, investigative storytelling, or free speech online — here’s your reminder: Copyright law is supposed to protect creators, not punish them.
