Tales From The Cult: Memoir of a Former Black Hebrew Israelite Available on Amazon and Karizma Speaks Store on Oct. 31
Karizma's Journey: From Cult Survivor to Advocate for Healing and Awareness
Gina Blue (aka Karizma Speaks) is a survivor, writer, and advocate dedicated to exposing the hidden dangers of cults and empowering others to heal. A former member of the Israel United in Christ (IUIC) religious cult, she created Tales from the Cult to share her story of leaving IUIC in 2018 and to shed light on the abuse, harassment, and defamation survivors often face.
Passionate about social issues and personal growth, Gina rebranded her platform as Karizma Speaks, expanding her focus to healing, awareness, and empowerment. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and is set to graduate with honors in December 2025.
Her work has been recognized internationally. Gina Blue was featured on BBC News, assisting in their investigation into the murder of Joy Morgan, a devoted IUIC member killed by an ex-leader of the group.
Karizma is the author of the Cult Recovery Guide, now available to help survivors and families begin their healing journey. Her debut memoir, Tales from the Cult, will be released on August 31 on Amazon and through her website.
In addition to raising awareness, Karizma supports families affected by cults and religious abuse, offering resources, guidance, and education. Through her YouTube channel and digital platforms, she continues to speak out against cults, manipulative influencers, and toxic celebrity culture, amplifying the voices of the vulnerable and inspiring others to reclaim their power.
